We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these terms and conditions by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

PRICES AND PAYMENT
All items must be paid for at the time of ordering. You can pay with credit or debit card via Shopify Payments, or with PayPal.

This store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. Please read our Privacy Policy for more information.

Prices are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, or discontinuation of products.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us.

All sales are subject to EU and UK legislation.

PRE-ORDERS
Where items are made available for pre-order, a 'dispatch from' date will be given. This means that such items will be dispatched on or after this date. Pre-ordered items will be dispatched in the order received and, as such, not all orders may be dispatched on the 'dispatch from' date. 

Where orders contain both pre-ordered and in stock items, all items will be dispatched together when the pre-ordered items are ready, unless otherwise indicated.

DELIVERY AND RETURNS
All sales are governed by our Delivery and Returns policy.

DIGITAL ITEMS
Digital items/PDF downloads are now available for purchase through my Etsy shop. These items will be available to download immediately after full payment is received. Due to the nature of these items please note that they are not usually refundable or exchangeable.

GIFT CARDS
Purchase or use of Gift Cards on this site constitutes acceptance of the following Gift Card terms and conditions: 

Gift cards are issued as e-cards and no physical item will be sent/received.

Gift cards can be purchased with a minimum order value of £5, and a maximum of £100.

Refunds cannot be given for the purchase of Gift Cards.

Promotion codes and discounts cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards.

Gift Cards will be issued as e-cards to the email address used when you purchase the Gift Card. The email will contain details of how to redeem the card at checkout. Please forward this email to your recipient.

Gift Card balances can be used as full or part payment for items.

Gift Cards cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, nor can they be used to purchase further Gift Cards.

To check the balance of your Gift Card, please contact us. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded.

Any refunds for items purchased with a Gift Card will be refunded to the Gift Card.

We are not responsible for the loss, theft or misuse of a Gift Card and no replacement can be provided in these circumstances.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree, as we do, to submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

Your submission of personal information through this website is governed by our Privacy Policy.

SUITABILITY OF PRODUCTS
Due to small parts and possible sharp points contained in many of my products, they are not suitable for children and should be kept out of reach of children and babies. Craft kits are not intended for use by children.

Occasionally there may be information on this website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
