Are your kits/products suitable for children?
Due to small parts and possible sharp points contained in many of my products, they are not suitable for children and should be kept out of reach of children. Craft kits are not intended to be used by children.
How long does it take to make one of your kits?
This will vary from person to person but generally I would recommend allowing 4-6 hours.
What else do I need to make one of the kits?
All kits will require a good sharp pair of scissors and a hot glue gun. Other tools required for individual kits will be mentioned in the item listing. A pair of jewellery/craft pliers can also be useful for assembling some of the more intricate flowers.
Do I definitely need a glue gun or will craft glue be okay?
Glue gun glue dries very quickly and as such is perfect for making felt flowers which contain multiple parts. This is the only glue I recommend and my patterns are not tested with standard craft or fabric glue.
Can I sell the products I make?
Yes, absolutely! I only ask that you credit my shop (The Handmade Florist) when doing so.
I'm stuck, can you help?
I hope so! If you have any problems with a pattern or kit, please use the Contact Me page to get in touch and I will do my best to help.
How do I care for my felt flowers?
Felt flowers should last for many years, but to prolong their condition I recommend displaying them away from direct sunlight. Due to small parts and sharp points, please keep all items out of reach of children.
