Delivery and returns

ENGLAND, SCOTLAND AND WALES:

Free delivery on orders of and over £40

£0.01 - £10.99: £2.00 (Royal Mail Second Class Standard) or £3.00 (Royal Mail First Class Standard)
£11.00 - £39.99: £3.50 (Royal Mail Tracked 48) or £4.50 (Royal Mail Tracked 24*)

*Tracked options are subject to availability and may be suspended at certain times e.g. when weather warnings are in place.

I usually dispatch orders 2-3 times a week via Royal Mail. Orders are usually dispatched within 4 working days. Please note that Royal Mail do not consider an item lost until 10 working days after the due date and I will not be able to provide updates on missing items if the tracked option is not selected.

Tracked options are subject to availability and may be suspended at certain times e.g. when weather warnings are in place. Note that 'Tracked 48' means your item should arrive 2-4 working days (1-2 business days for Tracked 24) from the date of dispatch, not from the date you place your order.

NORTHERN IRELAND & EU

Due to new product safety regulations (GPSR), I am sadly no longer able to accept orders to Northern Ireland and the EU.

OTHER COUNTRIES: INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

International delivery costs are determined by the weight of your order and country of delivery and will be calculated at checkout. All international items are sent by tracked delivery (where this service is available, otherwise International Signed is used), with a non-tracked option also available for deliveries to Ireland.

Customers are responsible for paying any customs or import duties that may apply. I am not responsible for any delays due to customs.

Delivery times vary by country and I am unable to guarantee delivery dates. The following are given as a guidelines (from the date of dispatch), but please allow up to 28 working days after dispatch for international delivery. Please note that Royal Mail does not consider an item lost until 25 working days after the due date, and I am unable to provide refunds or replacements for lost items until this time has cleared.

International: 5-7 working days

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact me as soon as possible and within 24 hours of placing your order.

Digital items/PDF downloads are now available for purchase through my Etsy shop. These items will be available to download immediately after full payment is received. Due to the nature of these items please note that they are not usually refundable or exchangeable. 

To return any other items, please contact me within 14 days of receiving the item to arrange return. Items must be returned within 30 days of the date you received the item. Postage will only be refunded on items that are damaged or faulty. 

All items must be returned unused and in their original condition.
